New Construction Lead HVAC Installer responsible for leading a team in installing residential and commercial heating and air conditioning equipment, including flex and sheet metal duct systems. Demonstrates strong work ethic, follows policies and specifications, communicates effectively, and delivers quality workmanship to ensure installations go smoothly and clients are comfortable in their homes and businesses. The role benefits from HVAC experience (preferred), EPA Type II license as a bonus, and a high school diploma or equivalent as beneficial.
