Job Summary
The New Construction Field Supervisor (NCS) is responsible for overseeing field personnel and managing new construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The role requires familiarity with construction methods and oversight of infrastructure installation. The NCS will support Water Service Information Requests (WSIR) activities and train team members on company procedures and industry standards. Candidates should have strong leadership skills and at least three years of relevant experience. A high school diploma and specific Arizona operator certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years’ experience as Utility Worker III or IV or comparable experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Arizona Department of Environmental Quality Operator Certificate for Water Distribution and Water Treatment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction specifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and contractors
- Experience with regulatory compliance (ADEQ, EPA)
- Proficient with Field Mobile/Service Link
- Ability to train on water sampling techniques
