Job Summary

New Commercialization Manager in Pune leads regional launches by coordinating cross-functional teams to develop launch-ready insights and value propositions. Responsibilities include developing crop/segment know-how and brand experiences, plotting Demos for Commercial CP Portfolio, coordinating with Marketing and IFS for VPD protocol, guiding communication concepts for the Comms team, and contributing to concept creation through launch. The role requires building knowledge on NBCA’s value in use, positioning, and competitive landscape; establishing growers’ CTQs and KPIs, identifying differentiators and gaps, and training the commercialization team and stakeholders to drive prelaunch exposure. Strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement with growers and channel partners, data analysis (LPD reports), and robust project management across the launch lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters Degree in Agriculture
  • Experience – 10 to 15 years’ experience in CP/pesticides management
  • Experience of managing CP (Insecticides, Herbicides, Pesticides, Fungicides)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management, systems and technical, and time management skills
