Job Summary
New College Grad - Reticle Manufacturing Process Engineer at Micron’s Boise Mask Technology Center. Responsibilities include monitoring production data to identify process shifts and defect trends, partnering with Equipment Support to assess tool performance and defect metrics, analyzing out-of-spec reticles, materials, tools, and processes to determine root cause, driving data-based disposition decisions to prevent defect recurrence, and communicating BEOL issues to improve yield and cycle time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of manufacturing statistics and statistical process control
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days and nights
