Job Summary
Conduct over-the-road training under the guidance of an experienced mentor while developing backing skills and handling holiday and weekend work schedules. Complete paid training with modern equipment and access to a nationwide support network, transitioning to solo status upon successful program completion. Earn an average of $850 weekly during training, with guaranteed earnings of at least $1,000 per week for eligible solo drivers within the first 90 days. Maintain a clean driving record with no recent preventable losses or accidents, pass a DOT physical and drug test, and hold a valid Class A license. Required Qualifications
- CDL-A Required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- hold a valid Class A license
- No DUI within 10 years if CDL-A holder
- none within 5 years if Non CDL-A holder
- No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years
- No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- No serious traffic violations in the past year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- No drug related conviction in the last 5 years
- No use of illegal drugs
- No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
