Job Summary

New Car Manager with Chevrolet experience to lead a high-volume sales floor and drive profitability. You will desk deals to maximize gross while maintaining strong volume, work directly with customers to close deals, partner with BDC and sales teams to drive appointments and showroom traffic, make outbound calls to unsold traffic and follow-ups, ensure execution of Chevrolet programs and incentives, train and develop a younger sales team on process, product, and closing, and collaborate with Finance to maximize total deal profitability. The role requires being on the floor, in the deals, on the phones, and in front of customers daily, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on performance and growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven Chevrolet experience is REQUIRED
  • Finance experience required – must understand full deal structure and backend opportunities
  • Desking deals and maximizing front-end gross
