Job Summary
New Cafe Opening Production Manager to lead Back of House teams (cakers, bakers, sandwich and salad makers) through the cafe opening process, mentor staff to maintain high quality bakery products, partner with the General Manager on staffing, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls (COGS), teach end-of-month inventory and receiving processes, ensure adherence to sanitation and food safety standards, provide coaching and recognition to maximize performance, and collaborate with Training and Development and District Production teams to support post-opening development; travel to current and proposed openings as needed.
