Job Summary

New Cafe Opening Production Manager will lead Back of House teams (cakers, bakers, sandwich and salad makers) during cafe openings, ensuring best practices, high-quality production, and consistent execution of standards. Responsibilities include directing production levels with the General Manager, optimizing staffing and scheduling for openings, teaching inventory management and COGS goals, guiding end-of-month inventory, teaching ordering/receiving processes, and upholding sanitation and food safety. Will coach, recognize, and develop Back of House staff, work with Training and Development on post-opening learning, and support multi-location openings with extended hours as needed. Requires 5+ years of restaurant/bakery café experience, an adaptive leadership style, emotional intelligence, strong communication, and a passion for brand values; must be able to travel to current corporate and franchise locations and proposed openings. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Restaurant experience, Bakery Café experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
