Job Summary
Assist clients with completing and signing life insurance applications over the phone, schedule exams, and handle billing inquiries. Respond to emails and manage inbound and outbound calls regarding Identify Theft Protection. Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies to position Zander products while providing long-term, individualized solutions. Communicate effectively via telephone for extended periods, up to 7 hours daily, while handling stress in a fast-paced environment. Sit and stand for up to 7 hours per day, including walking stairs in a 2-story building. Work a standard 40-hour week with occasional additional hours required for time-sensitive duties.

- Ability to appropriately handle stress in a fast-paced environment and interact appropriately with others.
- Sit & stand for extended periods of time up to 7 hours per day.
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs (there are no elevators in the 2-story main office Building).
- Physical, consistent attendance during normal working hours within a standard 40-hour workweek, as many of the job duties are time sensitive and most effectively and efficiently resolved only through required immediate communication; additional hours may be required.
