Job Summary
Strategic and commercially driven leader to oversee New Business Solutions and Modernization across Romania (Bucharest) and Bulgaria (Sofia). Responsibilities include driving growth, strengthening customer engagement, and improving overall business performance at the intersection of strategy, sales, and operations. Lead and develop high-performing teams, analyze contract and performance data, implement regional frameworks to grow market share and optimize pricing, drive go-to-market execution for new services, collaborate with regional/global stakeholders to align targets and share best practices, contribute to strategic planning and budgeting, ensure adherence to operating models, and champion safety, quality and compliance. Requires strong market insight translation to commercial actions and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer business needs, with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions
- Proven expertise in sales management, customer relationship management, marketing, and channel development
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, including key profit and cost drivers
- Well-developed professional sales competencies in line with established sales frameworks and standards
- Fluency in English
- Relevant degree in commercial or technical field
