Job Summary
Manage insurance policy applications through the new business process by coordinating underwriting requirements with agents, clients, and outside medical vendors. Provide day-to-day customer service to agents, clients, and Field Management via in-person, phone, or electronic communication while assisting with workflow for life products, annuities, contract changes, policy billing, and accounting entries. Answer incoming calls and support agents and Agency Managers within the General Office. This full-time role requires FINRA licensing and pre-hire fingerprinting, with on-the-job training provided to cover insurance industry products and transaction processing.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of customer service and administrative experience
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible to work any 7.5-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM during the work week
- FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting
Desired Qualifications
- Associates, or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience
