Job Summary
New Business & Seller Growth Executive for TikTok Shop (Fashion) in London. Responsible for identifying, onboarding and growing high-potential UK fashion seller-partners; conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone and social channels; lead initial pitches; assess seller fit and pathways to GMV growth; support end-to-end onboarding (registration, account setup, activation); collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth; and meet monthly/quarterly targets for seller acquisition and GMV growth within 3-6 months. Requires high motivation, stakeholder management, TikTok Shop experience (agency or brand side), account management and outbound sales experience, and strong communication skills in an e-commerce/fashion context.
Required Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales development or full-cycle sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills; able to operate autonomously
- Account management and outbound sales experience
- E-commerce experience
- Understanding of the fashion industry
