New Business Sales Manager

New Business Sales Manager responsible for overseeing and creating a pipeline of prospects, driving closure, and providing reporting at each CRM stage. Lead the regional sales team with strategy for LiftMaster CAS and PAS products; create and conduct presentations to channel partners, end-users, and internal leadership; collaborate cross-functionally to analyze customer and market data and recommend sales execution plans. Lead projects with dealers and integrators, generate and follow up on leads to fulfill the pipeline, and track activity in the CRM. Maintain confidentiality, comply with health and safety guidelines, and pursue ongoing professional development through workshops and industry engagement.
