Job Summary
Drive top-line growth by closing new Inventory business from targeted automotive dealerships in PA, MD, WV, and VA. Identify and define growth strategies, consistently exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while managing the sales process end-to-end. Proactively coordinate internal teams to ensure implementation completion and maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM. Achieve assigned sales plans through conquest sales and negotiations with executive-level clients, requiring 75% travel with weekly overnight trips.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years automotive dealership experience, as a GM, GSM, or Used Car Manager; preferably in a high-volume store
- Minimum of 5 years in an outside sales B2B new business development role, selling inventory software
- Experience using consultative solution selling to align client's business needs with a solution
- Experience growing market share through conquest sales
- Must be able to negotiate and close major sales opportunities with executive level clients
- Advanced presentation skills incorporating strong sales techniques
- Excellent closing and negotiating skills
- Must be able to travel 75% or more with weekly overnight travel
- Must live in PA, MD, WV, or VA
