New Business Review Officer, Executive Director

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end onboarding of new business opportunities, perform KYC and due diligence reviews, prepare onboarding documentation, and collaborate with Wealth Advisory partners to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience. Oversee the setup and incorporation of new corporate entities, review trust and corporate documents for accuracy, liaise with external legal counsel to ensure validity under applicable law, coordinate settlement of legal invoices, maintain the new business pipeline, and assist in training Wealth Advisors while contributing to governance discussions across New Business, Fiduciary, and Risk Committees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in an operational compliance or administrative role within a regulated financial or professional services environment
- Exposure to fiduciary sector and operational functions within a fiduciary business would be an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Jersey legislation and AML/CFT regulations, or a willingness to develop expertise in this area
- Detailed experience with trust and corporate structures
- Experience liaising with legal counsel and reviewing legal documents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
