Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project management of pitches across new business, client-facing, and cross-market opportunities from brief receipt through final submission. Build detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules to keep workstreams on track while coordinating creative, strategy, production, and senior leadership teams. Identify risks and blockers early, manage pitch budgets including cost estimation and supplier negotiations, and apply generative AI tools to streamline workflows. Serve as the primary PM point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and navigating cross-market complexities. This role requires 5+ years of agency experience, proficiency in Monday.com or Asana, and advanced use of AI for pitch efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Agency, in-house studio, or new business environment project management experience
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- End-to-end pitch process ownership
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet
- Fluency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
- Experience managing project-level production budgets, including cost estimation, supplier negotiation, and financial reconciliation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent pitches
- Sufficient familiarity with creative and production workflows
- Advanced use of Gen AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and output quality
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows for a team
- Agentic thinking: a systematic, goal-oriented approach to breaking down complex, multi-step projects
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations
- Rigorous approach to human oversight and quality control
- Professional proficiency in English
