Job Summary
New Business Manager to drive pipeline growth across the agency network (Croud and Born Social). Own opportunities from lead generation through pitch conversion to client onboarding; qualify inbound/outbound opportunities; maintain CRM; develop tailored credentials, proposals, and case studies; coordinate end-to-end pitches; collaborate with marketing, channel specialists, and senior leadership; identify priority sectors and target accounts; support pricing discussions and procurement when required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business development or consultative sales within a digital marketing, creative, or media agency environment
- Proven ability to progress opportunities through structured pipeline stages
- Experience contributing to pitch processes, including brief interpretation, coordination, and proposal development
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and qualify opportunities
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and supporting C-suite level conversations
