Job Summary
New Business Development Specialist in Poland focusing on PPE product portfolio, building relationships with distributors and end-users, developing accounts, managing and growing a sales pipeline, and promoting PPE within public and industrial sectors. Role requires a strong business development mindset, ability to travel within Poland and occasionally to neighbouring markets, reporting to National Sales Manager with interactions across Spain, Ireland, and the Netherlands. Remote/field-based with regular travel; compensation includes base salary €50,000–€60,000 plus uncapped commission and company car or car allowance. Prior experience in PPE, safety products, hospitality supplies, or related sectors is advantageous; emphasis on commercial drive, interpersonal skills, and cultural fit.
Required Qualifications
- Strong B2B sales experience (minimum ~5 years in field sales)
- Experience selling through distributors and/or directly to end-users
- Ability to build relationships with decision makers across multiple industries
- Highly communicative, energetic and proactive personality
- Someone who brings enthusiasm, energy and initiative
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage their own pipeline
- Interest in PPE, safety products, hospitality supplies, food service or related sectors would be advantageous
