Job Summary
New Business Developer (NBD) for small & medium Tech & Durables Businesses to drive organic growth through targeting new clients, upselling within existing portfolios, and guiding end-to-end sales—from feasibility and pricing to proposals and closing—while leveraging CRM tools and cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue targets. Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, proven sales experience, familiarity with market research/T&D and retail tracking services, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and multilingual capabilities (Dutch/English/French preferred). Hybrid role based in Leuven, Belgium with hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- proven sales experience
- experience in Market Research and/or T&D Trade/Category management is a plus but not mandatory
- familiar with retail tracking business services
- strong communication skills
- language requirements: Dutch, English, French ideally but at least 2
