Job Summary

New Business Mid-Market Account Executive responsible for generating revenue from net-new North America and UK accounts. Own a North American and/or UK mid-market territory, build and execute an account/territory plan, self-source opportunities while partnering with SDRs to drive top-of-funnel activity, and lead complex sales cycles from qualification through contracting (procurement, SOWs, RFPs). Demonstrates discovery, demos, and storytelling to link EZRA’s solutions to customer outcomes, maintains rigorous pipeline management and CRM hygiene in Salesforce, and collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and other Adecco Group brands. Requires 3+ years of new business sales experience in a complex, consultative environment, ability to navigate long deal cycles, experience selling to CHRO/L&D/Talent leaders, strong client-facing communication, and willingness to travel up to 30%. Hybrid work arrangement in New York, with in-person presence as needed.

Required Qualifications
