New Bus Sales Account Manager - East Texas

Job Summary
Account management and development for heavy/medium-duty bus sales; build and maintain client relationships, develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share, identify new opportunities through prospecting and industry events, demonstrate vehicle specifications to clients, provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, stay abreast of industry trends and competitors, collaborate with marketing/operations/finance to align sales efforts, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in heavy-duty truck or bus sales or a related industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Computer Proficient and Microsoft Office suite proficient
- Valid CDL and willingness to travel as needed
