Assess all Worldpay for Business customers at onboarding and during lifecycle reviews, ensuring adherence to internal policies and AML/KYC requirements. Reviewed escalated and high-risk cases while conducting due diligence to identify potential risks and mitigating actions. Partnered with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to resolve regulatory issues and provide guidance on complex decision-making. Balanced customer onboarding efficiency with strict risk and compliance standards. This role supports the SMB Operations team within the ever-evolving Global Payments and Worldpay merger, helping shape the future of global commerce.
