Job Summary
Plan, implement, and manage the activities of the installation and service workforce for a designated district, ensuring familiarity with product installation and service skills. Formulate a sound business plan to provide cost-efficient service and support targeted sales growth while working with the General Manager to meet profitability goals. Conduct monthly or quarterly meetings, communicate installation policies and procedures, and assist the sales force by developing low installation costs. Serve as the primary contact for the district workforce to provide feedback to Corporate and ensure consistency in field activities. Develop and maintain an effective workforce through recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching. Track and record daily, monthly, and quarterly installation and service activity. Salary range $59,325 - $110,145 with quarterly bonus and benefits including healthcare, 401(k), and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent related experience
- 3 to 5 years related industry experience with a high volume, high impact operation
- Experience calculating economic impact or offerings on a customers' business
- Experience building value cases for customers
- Ability to successfully handle multiple challenges
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to effectively lead a team
- Solid business skills
- Conceptually oriented with the ability to think and act strategically
- Proven management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in a Microsoft Windows
