Job Summary
New Accounts Representative sought to be the front line for the Office's New Accounts and Customer Service. The role involves extensive product knowledge to support frequent customer contact in developing new business through servicing requests, calling on existing customers, identifying potential customers, and representing the Bank in community activities. Requires strong commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to conduct in-person and telephone relations across a thorough knowledge of accounts, services, and products. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalency, prior computer experience, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with external and internal customers.
