Job Summary
Front-line New Accounts Representative handling accounts and customer service for the Bank; responsibilities include supporting the development of new business through servicing requests, calling on existing and potential customers, and representing the Bank in community activities, requiring strong product knowledge and excellent customer service. In-person and telephone contact with customers, with emphasis on relationship-building, knowledge of accounts, services, and products, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Previous computer experience
- Effective interpersonal skills to work well with external and internal customers
