Job Summary

Primary function: Serve as the primary customer contact in developing new accounts. Independently prospect for new customers within the assigned territory, define value to prospects, and develop prospecting call plans. Build and maintain customer profiles and call plans addressing why prospects are not currently using CSA Group, articulating CSA’s value proposition to win business. Establish new account relationships to meet sales targets and actively drive the entire value chain of CSA Group services. Prepare written cost proposals for clients in collaboration with Technical Specialists and Operations staff; regularly report on calls, proposals, quotes, expenses, travel and tradeshow activities; coordinate with associations and outside organizations as appropriate. Demonstrate ability to exceed sales goals, manage multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of sales experience, with proficiency in CRM tools and office software; the CSA Group emphasizes equal opportunity and inclusion. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years Sales experience or equivalent industry experience
  • CRM software tracking experience a plus
  • Ability to prepare cost proposals promptly to meet customers’ needs

  • High level of initiative and motivation to meet goals
