Job Summary
New Account Manager role responsible for developing new accounts and managing the full sales cycle in high tech and lighting sectors. Builds and nurtures prospects, develops value propositions, and creates prospecting call plans to win business with companies not currently working with CSA Group. Independently prospects for new customers within an assigned territory, prepares written proposals of cost, and maintains relationships to regain lost clients. Drives targets through lead generation, cold outreach, proposals, quotes, and trade-show activities; collaborates with Marketing, Technical Specialists, and Operations to deliver solutions. RequiresBachelor's Degree and 6+ years sales experience, strong written and verbal communication, CRM proficiency, ability to develop strategic sales plans, manage multiple projects, and effectively interact with large organizations at senior levels. Strong initiative, confidentiality, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to prepare cost proposals promptly and present effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 or more years sales experience or equivalent industry experience
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals
- Ability to create, prepare and execute complex business strategies while organizing multiple projects and job responsibilities
- Strong initiative and ability to develop new customer contacts
- Ability to maintain positive contacts within the organization to exchange, explain and interpret information or ideas and follow-up on client requests
- CRM database applications experience
- Proven ability to manage written proposals and cost estimates for services
- Proven ability to interact with large organizations at senior level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prospect new customers within assigned territory
- Experience with CRM tracking software
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years Sales experience or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience dealing with large organizations at senior level
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
