Neurosurgical & Spine Surgery opportunity in Michigan with a surgeon-owned group, offering 1,200+ staff and physicians, choice of practice settings (ASC, surgical hospital, or affiliated hospitals), and potential to build a practice mixing cranial and spine work up to 100% spine. Competitive starting salary based on experience with potential to exceed $1M, generous benefits (health, malpractice, CME, sign-on bonus) and relocation assistance. Teaching opportunities via university affiliation. Immediate busy practice driven by strong referrals; two location options: Metropolitan Detroit or Flint, MI. Flexible practice design around applicant interests, including outpatient, hospital-based cranial and spine procedures, and variable call requirements.
