Neurosurgery Registered Nurse - Nights

Provide direct patient care to neurosurgery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within established nursing standards; promote patient- and family-centered care on a 21-bed neurosurgery unit with private rooms, delivering education to patients and families, and coordinating with the interprofessional team to ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance; participate in developing and documenting individualized care plans, and contribute to ongoing professional development and leadership activities on the BJC RN Career Ladder; shift is 3 (12-hour) night shifts (7p–7a) with every 3rd weekend and a sign-on bonus is available.
