Neurosurgery Registered Nurse - Nights

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for neurosurgery patients who have undergone cranial procedures, spinal surgery, or stroke. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a constant state of alertness in this safety-sensitive position.
