Job Summary
Lead the development of a new neurosurgical service line within a premier multi-specialty group and Level 2 trauma center. Develop and manage inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical practice, perform comprehensive neurosurgical procedures, participate in community outreach to foster relationships with referring physicians, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, seeks to build a patient panel, and will benefit from a supportive environment with O-ARM imaging, dedicated OR staff, APP support, strong referral networks, and leadership opportunities. Compensation includes a competitive 2-year guaranteed salary with hospital call compensation and bonus potential, along with signing bonus and relocation provisions, plus comprehensive benefits and CME opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a neurosurgery residency program accredited by ACGME.
- Board certified or eligible in neurosurgery.
- Active and unrestricted medical license.
