Job Summary
Board-certified/board-eligible Neurosurgeon sought to build and lead a new neurosurgical service line within a premier multispecialty group in Rome, GA. Develop and manage inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical practice, perform intracranial and spinal procedures, collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, and rehab specialists, participate in community outreach, and leverage a strong referral network. Ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience and will enjoy autonomy with call support from a team of neurosurgeons; opportunity to shape patient panels and grow a surgical service line. Compensation includes a two-year guaranteed salary with hospital call compensation and bonus potential, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including CME, vacation, 401K/employer contributions, and health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a neurosurgery residency program accredited by ACGME
- Board certified or eligible in neurosurgery
- Active and unrestricted medical license
