Neurosurgery- Practice Building Opportunity with High Autonomy

Lead the development and growth of a neurosurgical service line within a premier multi-specialty group, providing inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care (intracranial and spinal) in a Level 2 trauma center, with 4-community-neurosurgeon call sharing and strong referral networks. Responsibilities include developing and managing a thriving neurosurgical practice, performing comprehensive neurosurgical procedures, and engaging in community outreach to foster relationships with referring physicians. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (neurologists, radiologists, rehab specialists) and benefit from O-ARM imaging systems and dedicated OR staff with APP support. Ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, MD or DO, ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency, and an active license; university-level leadership opportunities and hospital call compensation are available along with signing bonus and relocation assistance.
