Job Summary
Lead the growth of a new neurosurgical service line within a premier multi-specialty group. Develop and manage an inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical practice, perform comprehensive neurosurgical procedures, participate in community outreach to foster relationships with referring physicians, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (neurologists, radiologists, rehab specialists). Enjoy an autonomous practice with 4-community-neurosurgeon call sharing, dedicated OR staff and APP support, O-ARM imaging, and a strong referral network in a high-volume setting. Candidate should bring 3+ years of experience, board certification or eligibility in neurosurgery, and an active unrestricted medical license. Offers 2-year guaranteed salary with call compensation and bonus potential, signing bonus, relocation, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a neurosurgery residency program accredited by ACGME
- Board certified or eligible in neurosurgery
- Active and unrestricted medical license
