Neurosurgery opportunity to build and lead a neurosurgical service line within Harbin Clinic (affiliated with Atrium/Advocate Health) in Rome, GA. The role emphasizes developing an inpatient/outpatient neurosurgical practice, performing intracranial and spinal procedures, leveraging an established referral network, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Features include O-ARM imaging, dedicated OR staff, APP support, community outreach, and a strong leadership/admin support structure. Compensation includes a guaranteed 2-year salary with hospital call compensation, bonus potential, signing bonus, relocation, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a neurosurgery residency program accredited by ACGME
- Board certified or eligible in neurosurgery
- Active and unrestricted medical license
