Neurosurgery Physician Assistant - San Francisco, CA | Inpatient Surgical Care

Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to join a nationally recognized neurosurgery team in an inpatient-capable role with some outpatient exposure. Responsibilities include inpatient rounds, progress notes, discharge planning, ED and inpatient consults/admissions/discharges, ordering and interpreting labs and radiologic studies, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, family education, and ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and experience metrics. The role involves performing procedures within scope of practice and potential first-assist in the operating room as service needs permit. Collaborates directly with neurosurgeons and advanced practice clinicians to deliver high-quality inpatient neurosurgical care and support professional growth within a collaborative environment. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area with an emphasis on inpatient neurosurgical care.
