Neurosurgery Physician Assistant

Inpatient Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to support neurosurgeons in both outpatient and inpatient settings with a strong focus on surgical cases. Provide comprehensive medical services under physician supervision, including patient histories and physicals, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, managing conditions, and prescribing medications. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care; apply evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes; serve as a clinical resource and mentor to staff and students; participate in quality improvement initiatives; ensure accurate documentation in line with policies and standards. Weekend and holiday coverage required.
