Neurosurgery Physician Assistant

Provide comprehensive medical services under physician supervision, including performing patient histories and physicals, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, managing conditions, and prescribing medication. Serve as a key member of the healthcare team by participating in interdisciplinary rounds, facilitating clear communication, and ensuring coordinated, patient-centered care. Apply evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes, serve as a clinical resource and mentor to other staff and students, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Ensure all clinical activities are documented accurately and adhere to Hackensack Meridian Health policies, professional standards, and standards of behavior.
