Neurosurgery Clinic - Clinical Nurse

Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within outpatient neurosurgery guidelines. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating families on illness management, post-treatment home care needs, and medication administration. Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while evaluating patient preferences and barriers to involvement. Work Monday through Friday in rotating 8-hour shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with no weekend, holiday, or call responsibilities.
