Academic-affiliated Neurosurgery practice seeking to expand the neurosurgical team. The facility is a Top 100 Hospital with an academic affiliate and a 775-bed system offering advanced treatments including robotics (Xi, Si, Mako). The role supports a lead Neurosurgeon and 3 advanced practice providers, with a rehabilitation physician providing patient evaluations. J1 visa sponsorship is available and new graduates are welcome. Required qualifications include BE/BC Neurology and an Alabama license or eligibility; board certification status is noted. Compensation includes guaranteed base salary with RVU productivity incentive, student loan repayment, commencement bonus, relocation allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package including malpractice tail and a generous retirement plan.
