Conduct high-volume neurosurgical procedures within a Level II Trauma Center's dedicated Neurosciences Unit, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and advanced surgical approaches. Manage a diverse case mix serving a regional population of nearly one million people alongside five neurosurgeons and six advanced practice providers. Balance clinic hours from 8am to 5pm with a 1:5 call rotation supported by APPs. This established program is the only neurosurgical group serving Central Minnesota, offering significant regional impact through a collaborative physician-administration leadership model.
