Job Summary
Join OSF HealthCare's neuroscience program as a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurosurgeon in a Level I Trauma Center, collaborating with neurosurgery, neurology, critical care, emergency medicine, and other specialties. Work within a multidisciplinary team supported by four Advanced Practice Providers, with access to an in-hospital outpatient clinic and on-call coverage. Full-time clinical base salary range: $565,155-$956,000, with additional compensation components possible. Located in Rockford, Illinois; eligible candidates must be licensed in Illinois or eligible for licensure, with valid DEA for narcotics if applicable, and board certification/eligibility in Neurosurgery.
Required Qualifications
- Physician Licensed to practice medicine in Illinois, or eligible for Illinois license.
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
- Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery.
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
