Job Summary
Neurosurgeon needed to join OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center’s growing neuroscience program within a Level I Trauma Center. Board certified or board eligible neurosurgery physician, licensed or eligible for Illinois licensure, to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with neurosurgery, neurology, critical care, emergency medicine and other specialties. Role includes access to an in-hospital outpatient clinic, on-call coverage, and support from four Advanced Practice Providers. Benefits include relocation services, signing bonus, CME, time off, comprehensive health plans, and a competitive base salary range of $565,155–$956,000. The position is tied to OSF HealthCare’s compensation and total rewards package, and is located in Rockford, Illinois within the OSF HealthCare system.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery
- Physician licensed to practice medicine in Illinois, or eligible for Illinois license
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
- Medical staff membership and privileges requirements
- OSF HealthCare physician employment and malpractice coverage qualifications
