Job Summary
Neurosurgeon position at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL within a Level I Trauma Center’s neuroscience program. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including neurosurgery, neurology, critical care, emergency medicine, and other specialties. Supported by four Advanced Practice Providers, with access to an in-hospital outpatient clinic and on-call coverage. OSF HealthCare offers a comprehensive compensation and total rewards package, including signing bonus, concierge relocation services, generous PTO, CME funds, and health/life/dental/retirement benefits. Full-time clinical base salary range is $565,155–$956,000. Board certification/eligibility in Neurosurgery; Illinois medical licensure or eligibility; DEA license; Medicare/Medicaid provider eligibility; and malpractice coverage are required.
Required Qualifications
- Physician licensed to practice medicine in Illinois or eligible for Illinois license
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable
- Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery
- Eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
- Meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
