Job Summary

Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within the Greenville, SC territory by calling on healthcare professionals and mental health community centers in-person and virtually. Customize client interactions based on customer needs while maintaining compliance, and develop local strategic and tactical plans with regional stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Effectively manage assigned budgets, allocate resources, and capitalize on formulary approvals through accurate administrative management of work hours, call data, and expense reporting. Maintain current market knowledge and share insights with internal stakeholders to support resource allocation decisions. Complete all required training and collaborate with Neuroscience Sales Specialists to share best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, or business to business sales, or recently transitioned from Active-Duty Military 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Valid driver's license
  • Safe driving record
  • Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
  • Ability to act with high integrity and always in accordance with the Company's Compliance policies and procedures
  • Strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, and entrepreneurial thirst
  • Excellent decision-making judgment
  • Strong teaming/collaboration and cross-functional skills
  • Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives as well as diagnose performance issues and identify new opportunities
  • Ability to be agile and adapt to the changing telemedicine/virtual environment
  • Ability to establish new customer relationships and communicate technical information to a diverse customer audience
  • Ability to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Territories may require some overnight travel depending on geography
  • Some domestic travel to corporate headquarters, training and sales meetings will also be required on a periodic basis
  • Work hours may include meetings scheduled outside of normal working hours

Desired Qualifications
