Neuroscience RN FT 7p

Registered Nurse (Neuroscience RN) responsible for the general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays, to ensure quality and continuity of patient care. Utilizes the nursing process in patient assessments, planning of care, and performance of interventions. Collaborates with physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementing patient care. May have additional duties within scope of role. Requires active RN licensure, BLS, and a nursing degree (BSN preferred). Shift is Third Shift (7p) on a regular-full-time basis at Baptist Medical Center South, Montgomery, AL. Knowledge and abilities include effective communication, independent and team work, infection control, and handling varied patient care activities.
