Job Summary
Field-based Neuroscience Rare Disease Account Manager responsible for managing physician relationships in the Greater Miami area and Puerto Rico, providing product education on FDA-approved dosing, and delivering access/reimbursement support. Serves as primary contact for healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, patients/caregivers, and advocacy groups; collaborates with PAL and Case Manager roles to develop local geography plans; conducts periodic business reviews to highlight value propositions and drive brand performance. Coordinates patient assistance and coverage education, addresses patient access issues, and educates providers on product information and appropriate use. Requires 6+ years in sales with HCPs, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluent Spanish; overnight travel may be required; field-based role with preference for residing in the Greater Miami area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years in sales with healthcare professionals
- Spanish language proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Reimbursement experience strongly preferred
- Neuroscience, rare disease and/or orphan experience
- Ability to attend Advocacy Events
- Work with Advocacy Groups
- Previous experience in achieving specific brand performance plans or other financial targets
- Fluency in Spanish
