Job Summary
Deliver direct, hands-on care for adults with neurological conditions including stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's, and seizures on a 30-bed inpatient unit. Manage patient assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and care planning while utilizing Epic EHR for documentation. Provide Basic Life Support and advanced neurological support to patients with complex brain and nervous system disorders affecting memory, mobility, and daily living. Available for full-time or part-time shifts covering both days and nights.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- BSN
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license within the hiring state
- Meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
