Job Summary
Provide inpatient neuroscience nursing care for adults with neurological conditions including stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, and seizures. Deliver patient assessment, medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and care planning while maintaining BLS certification. Manage duties on a full-time or part-time schedule across days and nights, with new grad openings available. Earn up to $10,000 sign-on incentive for RNs and $2,000 for LPNs, plus shift differentials and stay pay. Join a supportive Med/Surg team at Mercy Hospital St Louis where your voice matters.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- BSN
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license within the hiring state
- Meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
