Job Summary
Provide direct neurological care to adults with conditions including stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's, and seizures on a 30-bed inpatient unit. Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and manage IV therapy and wound care. Collaborate with the Med/Surg team to develop care plans and utilize Epic EHR for documentation. New grad RN and LPN openings are available with flexible day and night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- BSN
- current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- 1 yr LPN experience
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- comparable education experience
- successful licensure
- meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification
- successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
